The Journalling Journey, was born out of a love for the tool that was so integral to my own recovery and wellbeing.

 

This creative six-week course is a safe and friendly space to discover the incredible power of journalling. Learn proven techniques to gain clarity, tap into your creativity, and find balance in your life.

I really enjoyed the six-week Journaling Journey with Lis.  Each week was a different theme, which kept it interesting.  

Lis was able to explain clearly what the aim was each week, and how to approach each piece of journalling.  She was very knowledgeable and happy to give help and encouragement, when individual support was needed.
