An unique and emmersive six week creative coaching experience through the use of powerful journalling tools and techniques. Journey into your subconscious, understand the fundamentals of journalling for mindfulness, find a deeper connection to your intuition and find joy along the way. Unlock your creativity, shift your mindset and flow with ease. Location: Palm Lounge Inside Edwards Coffee and Wine Lounge, 177 West St, Fareham PO16 0EF Date and time: Thursdays at 10am -12noon This is week one of a six week course. Date 18th Sept 2025 Ticket price is for week one. Refreshments are available to purchase from the coffee lounge at the beginning and end of each session. If you enjoy the session, you will have the option to purchase the remaining sessions for £80 (saving 20%) or pay £20 weekly.
