An emmersive six week creative coaching experience through exploring powerful journalling tools and techniques. Journey into your subconscious, understand the fundamentals of journalling for mindfulness, find a deeper connection to your intuition and find joy along the way. Location: Palm Lounge Inside Edwards Coffee and Wine Lounge, 177 West St, Fareham PO16 0EF Date and time: Thursdays at 10am -12noon The next available course starts on 11th Sept 2025 and runs for six weeks With the final session on 16th October. Ticket price is inclusive of all sessions and course materials. Refreshments are available to purchase from the coffee lounge at the beginning and end of each session.
