An emmersive weekly creative coaching experience through exploring powerful journalling tools and techniques. Journey into your subconscious, understand the fundamentals of journalling for mindfulness, find a deeper connection to your intuition and find joy along the way. Location: Palm Lounge Inside Edwards Coffee and Wine Lounge, 177 West St, Fareham PO16 0EF Date and time: 18th Sept 2025 Thursdays at 10am -12noon Ticket price is inclusive all materials. Refreshments are available to purchase from the coffee lounge at the beginning and end of each session.
